When do you feel the most free? When can you express perfection? Through YOGA and MUSIC!
“After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.” — Aldous Huxley
Explore what it means to be perfectly free with a Jivamukti Yoga class taught by Michele Ford joined by the vibrational energy of LIVE MUSIC by Brandon Kocher of Fireside Symphony, reiki and meditation. The Jivamukti Yoga Method is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. Jivamukti Yoga classes are vigorously physical and intellectually stimulating including vinyasa, pranayama (breath control/expansion), meditation, Sanskrit chanting, yogic philosophical teachings, scriptural study, devotion, hands-on adjustments, deep relaxation, partnered with uplifting music. What an amazing journey! As Steven Covey said, “We are not human beings on a spiritual journey. We are spiritual beings on a human journey.” Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences–for really sharing your heart–with all of us while you’re on tour. Hugs & namaste!
